Each route is different, many of them are challenging. It is good to be prepared for
unexpected situations. Numerous technical innovations await you in the Audi Q5,
helping to get you to your destination more effectively.
The optional assistance system adaptive cruise control helps you to maintain your
distance from the vehicle driving ahead. The integrated Audi braking guard monitors
the surrounding area and warns the driver of a collision hazard with a recognised
obstacle by means of optical and acoustic signals and if necessary also by means of
brief braking. At speeds under 30 km/h it even brings the vehicle to a standstill if a
collision is imminent.
Further optional assistance systems you can equip your Audi Q5 with: the lane change
assistant Audi side assist and the lane compliance assistant Audi active lane assist
which supports you by means of gentle steering correction if necessary. The parking
system plus announces the front and rear clearance according to the direction of
travel, visually on the display and with acoustic signals. If you wish you can also make
use of the camera support function of the parking system plus with rearview camera.
