Audi connect (vehicle) services on myAudi
Cancelling primary user contract
Your contract for using the Audi connect (vehi-
cle) services requiring enhanced security is linked
to you personally and not to a specific vehicle.
Click on

page 2, Fig. 1 in the upper menu bar and
then select Cancel contract.
If you wish to cancel your primary user con-
tract, click on Cancel contract.
Click on Cancel contract to confirm the mes-
sage displayed.
Note
If you cancel your contract, you and all other
users will no longer be able to use Audi con-
nect (vehicle) services on myAudi and in your
vehicle.

Important:
You must be the primary user/a user of the vehi-
cle selected

The vehicle's ignition must be switched off and
the vehicle must be parked.
The following information may be displayed, de-
pending on your vehicle model and equipment:
Tank and oil level
Vehicle messages
Mileage
Battery charge level
Side lights/parking lights on/off
Doors and handbrake
Battery charge level (e-tron vehicles)
Electrical range
Headlights and lights
Next oil change
Next service inspection
Remote locking/unlocking
You can use your myAudi account at any time to
check if your vehicle is locked or unlocked. An
overview of when and where your vehicle was
last unlocked or locked is also displayed.

You will require the 4-character PIN which you
set during the verification process

Click on
Switch service on.
After the service has been activated, the most re-
cent uses of the remote control will be displayed,
if available.
Switching service off
You can switch the Remote locking/unlocking
service off at any time.
Click on Switch service off.
Note
Please note that it is not possible to unlock
or lock your vehicle via your myAudi account
using the Remote locking/unlocking serv-
ice. To do this, you require the Audi MMI
connect app on your mobile device. The app
can be found in the relevant App Store.

Remote auxiliary heating
You can switch your vehicle's auxiliary heating on
or request its current status using the MMI con-
nect app.
Important:
You must be the primary user/a user of the vehi-
cle selected

The ignition must be switched off.
