above sea level, and for every additional
1,000m, deduct 10% from the weight of
the outfit (trailer load limit + gross weight
of the towing vehicle).

which is the metric equivalent of brake
horsepower). To convert to brake
horsepower, divide the PS figure by 1.0139.
