Parking system plus
acoustic and visual parking system for the front and
rear with MMI display; measurement is by ultrasonic
sensors integrated discreetly in the bumpers; can also
be ordered with optional reversing camera or front
and reversing camera
Park assist with display of surroundings
searches for suitable parking space along the road by
means of ultrasonic sensors, calculates the ideal
parking path for cross parking spaces and for kerb-side
parking spaces the ideal path for parking and leaving
and performs the steering action almost automatically.
Parking is now even possible in smaller parking spaces
and curve areas; parking in several moves is supported.
Steering is done by the vehicle, while the driver only
needs to accelerate and apply the brakes. The display of
surroundings warns of obstacles at the side depending
on the steering angle and makes parking and leaving a
parking space comfortable by providing the correct
steering angle; can optionally additionally be ordered
with reversing camera or front and reversing camera
Assistance systems
Head-up display
projects as required information relevant to the driver from the assistance systems, navigation or warning symbols
onto the windscreen in the driver’s direct field of vision; height adjustable; provides a multicoloured display with
good contrast and minimal distraction from the road
Camera-based speed limit display
camera based recognition and display of speed limits, including temporary speed limit displays (e.g. above
motorways). Additionally, working within system limits, there is an evaluation of the particular situation in wet
conditions, and speed limits displayed depending on the time of day, road works and when using a trailer. If a
sign has not been recognised by the camera, thanks to Audi connect, the speed limit displayed can be taken from
the navigation data (where available). Additional display in the head-up display (can be ordered as an option)

and black painted brake callipers, at the front additionally

19-inch high-performance brake system with carbon-

specially developed cooling channels for the ventilated
and perforated brake discs; high-gloss brake callipers,

Suspensions/brakes
Audi drive select
changes vehicle characteristics, e.g. by adapting power
steering assistance, accelerator and gear changing
characteristics or adaptive air suspension; modes
available: comfort, dynamic, auto, efficiency and
individual. The system also influences other optional
equipment. The efficiency mode is available for all TFSI
and TDI engines and shifts the engine, transmission,
adaptive cruise control (optional) and climate control
into a consumption-optimised basic setting.
adaptive air suspension
electronically controlled air suspension with infinitely
variable adaptive damping system on all 4 wheels;
automatically regulates vehicle ride height and
damping; includes ride height control; different modes
selected via Audi drive select, vehicle ride height
lowered by up to 20 mm depending on mode
adaptive air suspension sport
with S-specific tuning: electronically controlled air
suspension with infinitely variable adaptive damping
system on all 4 wheels, automatically controls vehicle
level and damping; 4 modes (auto, comfort, dynamic,
and lift) can be selected via MMI; including level
control; stiffer damping; vehicle ride height lowered
by up to 20 mm depending on mode
