What good is a mold if you
don’t plan on breaking it?
We think the best way to honor great design is to shatter its conventions completely. This
was our mindset when we set out to create the Audi A7. Audi designers were given a blank
canvas, and the typical constraints of design were lifted. The result? A sculpted body that
was shaped from the ground up instead of molded by conventional, top-down thinking. You
see the dierence in every curve of the A7. Each line, slope and angle represents a novel
