With the occupant safety cell, the electronic
stability programme (ESP), a comprehensive
airbag system and the optional SIDEGUARD,
the allroad quattro offers the same high
degree of safety as the Audi A6 Avant (see
SSP 194, Page 14 and SSP 213, Page 4).
With regard to crash safety and vehicle occu-
pant protection, the allroad quattro fulfils the
most stringent current requirements.
Particularly in comparison with normal off-
road vehicles, the allroad quattro is in a class
of its own.
