Shedding a new light on
illumination just happened
to be a design boon.
We went heavy on design in light
of the times.
There’s a time and a place for inspiring design, and this is it. The Audi A3 holds nothing back
when it comes to passionate design, with swooping lines and brilliant details like LED daytime
running lights and available full LED headlights. Although designed to be a sedan from the
first sketch, its wide rear pillars and low roof line were purposely imagined to give the impres-
sion of a coupe-like vehicle. Viewed from the front, the characteristic “V” shape of the hood
continues down and into the inside corner of the headlights, accentuating the bold look of
the A3. Just consider it timely proof that art can be dynamic.
