Disk Subsystem
Avid provides the possibility of running either a 64-bit operating system for DS Nitris
systems or a 32-bit operating system for the Symphony Nitris systems.
This is accomplished by using two internal drives controlled by a switch located on the front
panel. Whatever application you want to run--turn the system off, select the application
using the two-position switch, and then turn on the system. This boots to the proper
operating system used with your application.
Please refer to the Dual Boot Addendum that is sent with the documentation for this
system.Avid provides the possibility of running either a 64 bit operating system for DS
Nitris systems or a 32-bit operating system for the Symphony systems.
