Please note that the

rollers are designed to

float inside the rails.

The purpose is to give you

ease of motion when

items are set on the

platform off center.

Should a roller dislodge

from the rail during

shipping, please press it

back into the rail with

your thumb or rubber

mallet until you hear a

snap. Setting the

platforms on the rollers

will keep them secure

during any operation of

the Attic Trac unit.
