TROUBLE SHOOTING

1. Unplug the power cord.

2. Allow the unit to cool completely.

3. Empty the reservoir.

4. Clean the outside with a damp cloth. Never use harsh hand abrasive cleaners, steel wool or a

scouring pad as this will damage the device. Do not immerse in water or other liquid.

5. Always ensure the steam outlet hole is clean and free from scaling and not blocked.

6. Make sure the main body is dry before storage or packing.

7. Store the unit in a cool & dry location and away from children’s access.

Problem Possible Reasons Solution

Unit fails to heat up ◆ Unit is not plugged in

Power light is on, but fails
