HARDWARE INSTALLATION
● Assemble Door Stoppers
1. Draw a horizontal line which is
[1-5/16"(33mm) +Door Height+
3/8"(10mm)]above the floor.The
length of the line needs to be same
as your total track length.
2. The horizontal line is to label out
the track' s center line,and easily
mark down each track hole's center
point to attach the track later.
Step-b
1.Connect the track pieces with junction
plates.
(Disregard Step-b-1 for single piece
track).
2.Use a hex wrench to loose the screw of
the door stoppers and slide them onto the
track as shown in the picture. Be careful
to not block any track hole and let the
screw(For single door installation, only
the stoppers at both track ends are
necessary.)
3.Connect the tracks using the juction
plate/track connector.
(Skip this step for single track installation)
● Drill Track Holes
Step-c
1.Hold the track horizontally up to the
line marked in step-a until it is visible
through the center of the holes on the
track.
2.Mark all the center points of the
holes on the track,then put the track down.
3.If it is a wooden wall, use a drill with
6mm bit, otherwise, use with 12mm bit for
drilling of the marked points.
