This will involve a replication of the request to the France
server.
Suppose Jeanne - an employee working in France - deposits his mail for
John@[phone]@Sms in the Sms4Domino database in France. Sms4Domino France finds
2 rules that match the number pattern: France_foreign and Belgium_foreign. Both have a cost of
50 units. Sms4Domino knows that replication takes time and server resources. So preference is
given to the local instance. The Sms will be transmitted by the France instance.
In this example all Sms messages to a France number will always be transmitted by the France
instance, even if the France server is heavily loaded. Example two will focus on load balancing.
