Sms4Domino Help
- 86 -
We will now explain all the available settings in the
Inbound SMS processing
section of the mail
interface document.
Fixed routing: if disabled Sms4Domino does not look at the fixed routing documents when
an inbound Sms has been received.
Automatching: Sms4Domino creates an Auto-matching Inbound Routing document each
time a SMS is sent. These documents are only created and consulted if auto matching
feature has been enabled.
Weight: the weight setting in the created
Auto Matching Inbound Routing
document. The
use of
weight
is discussed in the
Inbound routing
section of this help document.
Bind to gateway: should the gateway be part of the criteria in the created Inbound Routing
document. The use of
gateway
is discussed in the
Inbound routing
section of this help
document.
Validity period: automatching documents older than the validity period are not considered
when an inbound Sms is received.
Conflict handling algorithms: A conflict may be detected when an inbound SMS is
received. Sms4Domino may try to make a best guess in solving the conflict. Zero, one or
more algorithms may be activated. Specify the set of algorithms to be executed and the
sequence of their execution. All algorithms will be executed in the specified sequence
until an acceptable guess is found. If none of the algorithms results in a result the
inbound SMS will be processed by a lower weight inbound routing document and finally
according to the settings in the Sms4Domino instance configuration document. Available
algorithms:
Recent (Match on most recent)
o
Frequent (Match on most frequent)
o
All (Match on all)
o
Additional settings used when the most recent conflict handler is invoked
Sms4Domino looks into all conflicting Auto matching routing documents for the
o
document that was most recently updated (date stored in the field Last outbound SMS
in the Interface definition document). However the Last outbound SMS date must be
at least Minimum time delta minutes later than the Last outbound SMS date of all
other conflicting Auto matching routing documents.
Warning message: text that gets appended to the mail. It may be usefull to append
o
"Warning: it was not clear who should get this Sms. If the Sms is not for you please
try to forward it to a more appropriate person."
Additional settings used when the most frequent conflict handler is invoked
Sms4Domino looks into all conflicting Auto matching routing documents for the
o
document that was most frequently used (value stored in the field Outbound SMS
count in the Interface definition document). However the Outbound SMS count must
