(of course you should replace USERNAME, PASSWORD, APIID, PHONE,
MESSAGE with valid parameters). The destination phone number must be written as
an international numer without the leading + or without the leading 00 (e.g. specify
32474963333 for a number in Belgium).
Within a minute you should receive the Sms.

