For small configurations there will be one instance of the Sms4Domino program.
In order to handle heavier workloads, to perform least cost routing, to increase service availability it
may be required to roll-out more than one Sms4Domino instance on multiple Domino servers.
First the single instance configuration is described . This will then be used as a building block for
creating a multi-instance set-up.
