Smslib currently supports BulkSMS - all regions - (http://www.bulksms.com) and Clickatell (
http://www.clickatell.com). Please note that the above mentioned bulk sms operators are
supported only for outbound messaging. SMSLib implements an HTTP/HTTPS interface with
them.
