Accounting records
Each time a Sms message was successfully sent or received an accounting document is written .
The document contains information about the end user, the date/time of the request, the number of
characters, the estimated number of required Sms messages, the gateway and the interface.
The creation of accounting records may be enabled/disabled in the Instance Configuration
document.
In parallel with the creation of detailed accounting records the system keeps also aggregated
accounting records: one Notes document per gateway, interface and end-user. These documents
contain the total volume per day for the corresponsing user, gateway or interface. These
aggregated document are only created for the outbound Sms messages.
Every Sms4Domino instance has its own set of aggregated accounting documents.
