If Search by MAC Address is selected, another box will pop up as below:
Here the user may search in two ways: Search a MAC address to search or Search devices in the range
of MAC address
D3.1.4 Rescan
Once the user click the Rescan button on the toolbar, the SerialManager shall re-search devices by using
the current search way.
