Audio Setup common issues
While creating and applying an Audio Setup, If
the sound card is not connected or its assigned
channels are not available, a message will be
displayed in the details tab. In this case make
sure the sound card is connected and its
drivers are installed, or use a different one.
If the soundcard of your previously used Audio
Setup is not connected on launch, a pop-up
warning message will appear on your taskbar.
Either connect the specific sound card or
create/use a different Audio setup with a
different sound card
A common skin interface response to an incorrectly configured or unavailable Audio Setup,
is where the track loads to the deck but when you try to play the track the Play button shows
active but nothing beings to play.
