Q: How do I go about geng my Reactor product repaired?
A: For repairs within the amp’s warranty period (1 year or 90 days for
tubes) please email [e-mail] for service instrucons. You
must rst contact us for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER and shipping
instrucons.
Q: Is there a charge for repairing my Reactor Series Product?
A: There may or may not be. If you have not done so already, read the
WARRANTY beginning on page 18 for informaon on coverage, duraon,
and what is required of you the purchaser in order to obtain Warranty
Service.
