The following terms and conditions apply to the promo code;

Turning O the Sma Heater
Use the ON/OFF buon or the power switch on the Atomi Sma
app to turn o your heater.
Cleaning and Maintaining Your Sma Heater
CAUTION: Always be sure the Sma Heater is switched OFF,
unplugged and completely cooled before cleaning or aempting
to store the item. DO NOT immerse Sma Heater in water or allow
water to drip into the interior of the Sma Heater, as this could
create an electric shock hazard. DO NOT use any detergents or
abrasives.
Care and Cleaning
1. Always turn o the Sma Heater and disconnect the cord from
the electrical outlet before cleaning your heater.
2. Accumulated dust may be removed from the Sma Heater
with a so cloth or vacuum cleaner.
3. Ensure the air intake vents on the sides of Sma Heater are
free and clear of dust or lint.
4. The removable paicle filters should be cleaned and dried out
at least 1-2 times per season. Remove the air intake vent
covers and hand wash the paicle filters with soap and water.
5. Clean the outside of the heater by wiping it with a damp cloth
and bu with a dry cloth.
Storing
Allow the Sma Heater to cool completely before storing. Store in a
dry location. Do not place heavy items on top of the Sma Heater
as this may result in possible damage.
The popup does not appear when adding a
device.
Make sure that you are allowing the app to access your
phone's Location (Android), Bluetooth and Local Network
(iOS). For more details, visit our websites Suppo page.
If the popup still doesn’t appear, follow the steps below:
1. Press "Add Device" or the “+” sign and select your sma
device.
2. Follow the on-screen instructions (Make sure you
connect to a 2.4GHz WiFi Network).
I can’t find the atomi-sma-XXXX network in
my WiFi list.
Make sure your Atomi Sma device is plugged in and the
WiFi light is blinking quickly. If not, unplug your Atomi Sma
device and plug it back in to reboot.
My WiFi network doesn’t appear in the Atomi
Sma app.
Use your smaphone to confirm that you have at least two
WiFi bars in the vicinity of your Atomi Sma device. If not,
move your Atomi Sma device closer to your router. (The
list will refresh every 10 seconds).
I just replaced my router.
If you replace your router, you will need to reset your
devices and add them again to the app.
How to reset my device.
Press and hold the Power buon on the heater panel for
10s. Confirm that the WiFi indicator stas flashing.
The heater is not responding to the app
commands.
Confirm that the WiFi indicator is visible on the heater's
display. If not, press and hold the WiFi buon for 3s to
enable the WiFi function.
Why is the heater still blowing air aer
turning it o?
The heater will continue blowing air for a minute in order to
cool down the internal components.
Cannot connect to my WiFi network.
Make sure that you have entered the correct WiFi
password during the WiFi setup. Check if there are
problems with your internet connection. If the WiFi signal is
too weak, reset your WiFi router and try again.
I’m geing “Failed to Add Device, “Failed to
find router” or “DHCP” error.
- Confirm that your phone is connected to a 2.4GHz WiFi
network.
- Check whether the router password you entered is correct.
- Confirm that the DHCP service is enabled on your router
seings.
- Make sure that your WiFi signal is strong.
- Temporarily disable your 5GHz network.
- If you have a mesh network/router that does not allow
you to disable 5GHz, try to move faher away from your
router until your phone moves to the 2.4GHz band.

My Atomi Sma device appears as
“UnavailableorOine" in the app.
Refresh the device list.
Feet Installation
1. Align and aach the feet to the boom of the heater.
2. Inse and tighten the included screws.
3. To remove the feet from the unit, remove the screws
and gently pull the feet from the unit.
