Scheduler
The scheduler allows scheduling event actions just like scheduling a meeting on a calendar. Actions can be configured to take place in several ways
when the Event Date/Time/Start-Stop takes place. Once scheduled, the event will show up on your dashboard as an upcoming event. The event log
(Settings>Event Log) will show scheduled events that have taken place to confirm it is working.
Steps to create a scheduled event
1. When “+ Add Event” is clicked, a popup page will open allowing configuration of the event profile.
2. Give the event a name.
3. Select a Color – shows event as a color on calendar and dashboard.
4. Select type of event from the pre-configured actions list. Actions include: Routine, Scene, Message, Bell Schedule, GPO Preset, or
Combine-Uncombine a zone group.
5. Select recurrence type and define days.
6. Enter event start date/time and end date/time.
7. Event Enable – Note: time starts as soon as you enable.
8. Select DONE to save settings, add to calendar, and see in dashboard as an upcoming event.
