Group Combine (Room Combine) - Active Active
1. When the group “Combine” is activated, the zones in the group will show “Combined within” group name (Rm 1+2) and zone levels will be
grayed-out. The zone level is now determined by the group primary fader + zone offset fader.
2. The active source for the entire group is Mic-1. Select “Show Zones” to adjust settings for each zone and “Hide Zones” to close the dropdown group
settings.
3. For each zone level set -40dB to + 40dB offset level referenced to the primary group level if needed. When combined, the offsets will engage,
moving the primary level will also move the zones retaining the offset mix. (Example above: each Rm set +10dB offset to -23dB primary; when
combined, -23dB + 10dB = -13dB.)
4. In this example, we’ve added an additional group to combine all three rooms. If Rm 1+2 is active when combine is activated for Rm 1+2+3, it will
automatically de-activate Rm 1+2 and activate Rm 1+2+3, along with Mic 1 as group selected source.
Note: When activating a group, any existing active group with overlapping sources will un-combine and allow the new group action to take priority.
i.e. the last action takes priority.
