3G
Setup->Network Setup-> TCP/IP
TYPE
Select 3G, then select WCDMA.
MEDIA
Port
The default port number is “9000” for DVR video and audio transmission. The range of
port numbers is from 2048 to 32767.
WEB Port
The default port number is “80” for DVR video and audio transmission. The range of port
numbers is from 2048 to 32767.
Telephone
Insert the telephone number provided by ISP, If required. Usually the number is *99#
Username
Insert the username provided by ISP, If required.
Password
Insert the password provided by ISP, If required.
APN
Insert the APN provided by ISP.
IP
You can watch the IP address.
If the IP address is 000.000.000.000 (the 3G network is not connected at this moment).
UPnP
UPNP: UPnP allows devices to automatically establish functional connections with other
devices when connected to a network.
After you setup the port number, select Apply. DVR will automatically restart, please wait a moment.
After DVR restart, open the main menu, enter again in this page, when the IP address appears as shown
below, it means 3G connection is successful.
Before you choosing the 3G modem, you should operate as following:
 Please put your SIM card into the 3G modem:
 Connect 3G modem with USB port on the DVR,power on DVR and the indicator on
the modem will be flashing.
At the moment only HUAWEY device (EC1261) is supported.
