3.2 Connection procedure

Prior to electrical connection, make sure the power is off.

1.Loosen thexing screws and remove theprotective cover which contains the

electricalwiringdiagram.

2.Theheaterisdelivered230V~single-phase.For400V~three-phase,replacethe

originalsingle-phaseplatewitha400V~three-phasekit.

 Howtoinstallthiskitisexplainedfurtheroninthemanual.

3.Feedthecablethroughthespeciccableclamp

4.Tightenthecableclamp.

5.Connecttheendsofthecabletothethermostat’sscrewterminalsprovidedfor

thispurpose(youdonotneedtoremovethethermostat).

6.Connectthegreen/yellowearthwiretotheterminalmarkedW,onthewater

heater’sange

7.Retthecoveraftercheckingtheconnectionterminalsarecorrectlytigh-

tened.

8.Tightenthescrewsonthecover.
