Subwoofer
Front Speaker Array should be
placed as close to ear level as
possible. Generally, the farther away
the speakers are from the walls,
the better they will sound.
Surround Speakers
should be placed
directly to the sides
of the seating area
and approximately
3 feet (1 meter)
above the listener’s
ear level.
Subwoofer
placement is
dependent on room
size and shape.
Experiment to find a
location that
produces the
smoothest response.
Surround Back Speakers should
be placed approximately 3 feet
(1 meter) above the listener’s ear
level and 30 off the center axis.
Direct radiators may be used here.
