Setting up EAZYSHARE TV

Configuring your network

The basic network configuration consists of one server and

multiple clients. If additional servers are added, the

EAZYSHARE Configuration Utility lets you determine which

clients can connect to which servers.

To configure the server

1 In Windows taskbar, click Start, point at Programs, and

then click ATI Multimedia Center.

2 Double-click Configuration, and then click the

EAZYSHARE tab.

• EAZYSHARE TV must be installed on the client PCs.

• You must run the EAZYSHARE Configuration Utility

before setting up the server.

• When a client PC is first installed, it will connect to

the first available server, as its default server.

The EAZYSHARE Configuration Utility scans the network

for all attached PCs, and displays any new, unconfigured

PCs as ! computername.

To allow a client to connect to the server, click the to

the right of the Clientname.

To deny a client permission to connect to the server, click

the to the right of the Clientname.

To remove a client from the list, highlight the name, and

then press the Delete key.

To rename a client, click the name, and then type a new

name. This will not change the client’s network name,

only the name displayed in the list.

To update the list, click the Refresh button.
