Special Functions
HEATER BREAK ALARM
The Controller compares a
sensor input signal with the
Setpoint and makes a power
calculation, which produces
an output signal to the load.
The Heater Break Alarm
(HBA) detects failures in
the load and provides an
alarm output.
HBA uses an external current transformer to monitor the load
current. If the load current should fall below a set current value,
an alarm output will activate.
