Security
The Security page is used to control access to the CN6000.
User station filters permit or deny access to the CN6000 for specific IP
and MAC addresses attempting to access the system.
The Default Java program name lets the Administrator specify an addition
to the IP address that the user must include when he accesses the CN6000
with the Java Client. For example:
192.168.0.126/abcdefg
Users must include this name in the IP address, or they will not be granted
access.
Note: 1. If no page is specified here, no one will be able to access the
CN6000 with the Java Client.
2. For security purposes, we recommend that you change the name
of this page from time to time.
Admin station filters specify which MAC addresses are allowed to access
the system with the CN6000 Administrator program. If nothing is
specified here, there are no restrictions.
