How to bleed air from system
1. Bleed air from ram: Place pump at a higher elevation than the hose and ram as shown in ¿JXUH 3 below. The
objective is to ÀRDW the air bubbles up hill and back to the reservoir where WKH\ belong. Close valve and extend
ram as fas as possible. 2SHQ valve IXOO\ allowing oil and air to return to reservoir. Repeat this procedure two or
three times will do the trick.
2. Bleed air from pump: With ram IXOO\ retracted, remove oil ¿OOHU screw to let pressurized air escape, then reinstall
RLO¿OOHUVFUHw.
