7. Remove the meat probe plug from the
socket and remove the food from the oven.
Warning: The probe is hot! There is a
risk of being burned when removing the
plug and the tip of the meat probe.
In order to prevent being burnt, wear oven
gloves or use oven holders and handle with
particular care.
Changing the core temperature
- Press the Time button .
- Change the temperature if necessary with
or button.
Note
• The meat probe cannot be used with the
automatic turn off or the automatic turn on/ off
features.
• When using the probe ensure that the cable
does not touch the heating elements.
• Large pieces of meat are suitable for
cooking with the meat probe.
If possible they should not have any bones
because this makes it more difficult to measure
the temperature and the wrong temperatures may
be given.
With poultry and hare you must ensure that the
probe is inserted into the meat and not into the
cavity or bones.
• When you are not using the probe you must
remove it from the socket and store it outside the
oven.
• When the probe has been unplugged the
time appears as usual.
