Repairs should only be made by a qualified service technician.
If oven requires servicing, unplug the oven and contact Pelgrim
Customer Service.
When calling, please have the following information ready:
• The model number and serial number (can be found inside the oven
door).
• Warranty details.
• Clear description of the problem.
If oven must be temporarily stored, choose a clean dry place as
dust and dampness can cause damage.
