Settings - ANSWERING SYSTEM
Message alert tone
When the message alert
tone is enabled, and there is
at least one new message, the
telephone base beeps every
ten seconds. The message
alert tone is turned off by
default.
To enable or disable the
message alert tone:
Click the (Settings) panel.
Click the ANSWERING SYSTEM tab.
Click q in the Message alert tone drop-down menu.
Click On or Off.
Click the APPLY button to confirm.
Recording time per message
You can set the recording
time allowed for incoming
messages. The message
length is three minutes
by default.
To set the recording time:
Click the (Settings)
panel.
Click the ANSWERING
SYSTEM tab.
Click q in the Recording time per message drop-down menu
Click Enable or Disable.
Click the APPLY button to confirm.
