Not installed/incompatible alert display
If Skype or Lync is not
installed to your computer,
or if the version of Skype or
Lync installed on your
computer is not compatible
with this software, the
Lync/Skype status bar in the (Call Connectivity) panel
displays Not installed or incompatible. You can enable or
disable the alert message.
To enable or disable the alert display:
Click the (Settings) panel.
Click the GENERAL tab.
Click q in the Not installed/incompatible alert display
drop-down menu under Lync/Skype section.
Click Enable or Disable.
Click the APPLY button to confirm.
