Troubleshooting
I want to use my speakerphone with a different
telephone base.
You need to deregister the speakerphone from the current
telephone base (page 8) and then register it to the new
telephone base (pages 5-7).
The batteries do not hold a charge.
Make sure that the speakerphone battery is installed and
securely plugged into the connector.
If the cordless speakerphone is in the charger and the
CHARGE light on the speakerphone does not turn on, refer to
The CHARGE light on the speakerphone is off while
charging in this Troubleshooting guide.
Charge the battery in the cordless speakerphone for at least
11 hours. For optimum daily performance, return the cordless
speakerphone to the charger when not in use.
You may need a new battery. Refer to Battery installation and
charging on pages 3-4.
Your speakerphone might be defective. Refer to Limited
warranty on pages 41-44 for further instructions.
