Options while on calls
Flash/call waiting
If you subscribe to call waiting service offered by your telephone
service provider, you will hear a call waiting alert tone if someone
calls you while you are in the middle of a call.
If the incoming call is from the same line of the current call:
Press FLASH on the speakerphone to put
your current call on hold and answer the
new call.
Press FLASH again at any time to switch
back and forth between calls.
For the multi-line telephone system, if the incoming call is
from a different line of the current call:
Press FLASH on the speakerphone to put your current call on
hold. This does not pick up the new call from another line.
Press PHONE on the speakerphone to end the current call,
then press PHONE again when the speakerphone rings to
answer the incoming call from another line.
