(2) disarming the system-(setting to OFF from any mode,

occurs-no trigger in the OFF Level of Protection)
(5) opening-(leaving the AWAY mode)
(6) closing-(going to the AWAY mode)
(7) cancel-(going to OFF from an Alarm)
(8) AC fail-(when the CCU determines that power has failed,
not instantaneous)
