[Handset] Cordless Handset Soft Keys
Table 19 provides an alphabetical list of the labels that appear above the Cordless Handset soft keys.

Answer an incoming call and place it in the
Handset Call Deck. During an active call, the
current call is placed on hold and the new call is
answered (see “[Handset] Call Deck” on
page 218).
Access the four viewing options for the Directory:
All, Personal list, System list, and Extension list.
Access Voicemail messages.
Cancel proposed action in a Confirmation screen.
Backspace the cursor when entering data. Initiate an all-extension page.
Terminate the current operation. Pause message playback or insert a two-second
pause in digit string.
Access the Call Log.
Initiate a conference call. Play Voicemail message.
Delete a Call Log or Redial entry. Record an introductory message to be added to
a forwarded message.
Drop a selected call during a three-way
conference.
Forward a message.
Exit from the current screen and return to the
previous mode.
Stop recording.
Transfer an active call from the Deskset to the
Cordless Handset.
Access the Extension list.
Silence the incoming call and place it in the
Handset Call Deck.
Take a call off hold and return to active call.
Complete the conference setup. Begin the process of transferring a held or active
call and then confirm transfer.
Confirm proposed action.
