Symptom Probable Cause Corrective Action Administrator WebUI
The WebUI is unresponsive. The web browser
encountered an unexpected
problem.
1. Close the unresponsive web browser, reopen the browser,
and log back in as administrator.
2. If this does not work, try again using the IP address of a
Deskset that is connected to the PC you are using.
3. If this does not work, try closing the browser and waiting
10 minutes before logging back in.
Some WebUI menus are
missing.
WebUI menus change
according to which devices
are connected to the system.
Verify the following devices and settings:
T1 Gateway (some features are only available with a
T1 Gateway)
ATA (some features are only available with an ATA)
Appearance mode (setting the mode to Line
Appearance disables many features)
FXS port assignment (fax and OHP settings depend on
FXS assignment)
