C ALL T RANSFER
You can transfer an active or a held call. An unsupervised transfer occurs if you do not talk
to the transfer recipient. The transfer recipient does not have to pick up the phone and talk
to you before receiving the transferred call. A supervised transfer occurs if you talk to the
transfer recipient before completing the transfer. You can transfer a call to an internal
extension or external number. For more detail refer to:

Transfer Rules
The following rules apply to transferring a call:
 Only one Transfer at a time is allowed per extension.
 The Transfer action can be canceled by pressing . The call remains on hold.
