Voicemail Management

You can delete a message or forward a message to an internal extension.

 To delete a message:

Press OPTIONS from Message Playback mode. Message playback

stops and the screen shown in Figure 64 displays. You have the

following options:

 To delete all of your messages:

a. Press 1. The screen shown in Figure 65 displays.

b. Press to confirm. Press to cancel.

 To delete a single message:

a. Press 2.

b. Press the or navigation key to highlight the

desired message. Then press SELECT. The screen shown

in Figure 66 displays to confirm that the message has

been deleted.
