To connect the T1 Gateway T1 cable:
Plug the black T1 cable into the Gateway T1 Port, as shown in Figure 18, and into your
T1/PRI network device from your service provider.

Do not make any calls until the POWER and the SYN/ACT LEDs are green. See “T1
Gateway Features” on page 57.
