Troubleshooting 122      
My Deskset soft keys have changed.
I am unable to add an entry to Quick-Dial list.
Probable Cause Corrective Action
The highlight bar has moved 
to another line on the 
screen.
 The soft keys reflect the call state and Deskset 
functions. They change depending on which line 
is highlighted. 
For example, there may be a held call, an active 
call, or an incoming call on the screen. To view 
the soft keys for that call, move the highlight bar 
by pressing 
 or .
Probable Cause Corrective Action
If you have an SB67030/031 
Deskset, the Quick-Dial list is 
full — there are six entries 
available.
 Edit Quick-Dial entries on the Deskset to write 
over an existing entry:
a. Press the button to the right of  .
b. Press   to add or edit a Quick-Dial 
entry.
 Edit Quick-Dial entries on the WebUI to write over 
an existing entry:
a. Log in to the WebUI as a user and click 
Quick Dial Keys.
b. Edit the Quick-Dial entries.
c. Press .
Your SB67030/031 Deskset 
has been configured for Call 
Queue and the Quick-Dial 
key and Quick-Dial list are 
unavailable.
 If necessary, configure the Deskset to use Quick 
Dial instead of Call Queue. See Feature Keys 
under the Extension Settings menu.

If you have an SB67020/025 
Deskset, you must configure 
one or more Programmable 
Function Keys as Quick Dial 
keys before they can be used.
 Configure one or more Quick-Dial keys for the 
Deskset. See Feature Keys under the Extension 
Settings menu.
