Accessing the Extension List

You can access the Extension List as part of the Directory when the phone is idle. See

“Using the Directory” on page 47. When you go off-hook, you can access the Extension

List using the soft key that appears.

To access the Extension List:

1. Lift the receiver or press (SPEAKER), then press the Intercom key.

The dialing screen appears.

2. Press . The Extension List appears.

3. Press

 or  until you highlight the desired entry.

4. Press (SELECT) to call the highlighted extension.
