To record a company greeting:

1. Enter administration mode.

To record company greetings

press

3. To record a day greeting

press

OR to record a night greeting

press

Hear the current greeting.

4. Record the greeting at the tone, then

press

5. To replay your recording

press

6. To erase and re-record the greeting

press
