Adding or Removing a Name in the Company Directory

To add or remove a name in the company directory:

1. Enter administration mode.

2. For mailbox administration

press

3. To change a mailbox

press

4. Enter the mailbox number.

OR to find it in the company directory

press

5. To include or remove a name from the directory

press

A confirmation message plays.

Note:

This process does not delete the actual mailbox. To reset a mailbox, see Chapter 7: "Resetting a

Mailbox".
