Recording a New Company Directory Name
You have the option as administrator to record mailbox names so that the company
directory is “spoken” by a consistent voice.
This recording will also be used as the
default mailbox greeting.
To record a new directory name for a mailbox:

Enter administration mode.
For mailbox administration
To change a mailbox
Enter the mailbox number.
OR to find it in the company directory
To record the mailbox name
Record the new name
A confirmation message plays.
