Resetting a Mailbox

If you want to reassign a mailbox to a new employee, you can reset it. Any messages
that remain in the mailbox will be deleted if you reset it. If the mailbox you want to
reset is part of an automated answering service, the CLASSIC MAIL system won’t
allow you to eliminate it until you modify the automated answering service. See
Chapter 8, “Creating Advanced Answering Services.”
To reset a mailbox:

Enter administration mode.
