1. Enter administration mode.
2. To record company greetings
press
3. To record a day greeting
press
OR to record a night greeting
press
The current greeting plays.
4. Record the greeting at the tone
press
5. To replay your recording
press
6. To erase and re-record the greeting
press
7. To save the greeting
press
Note: These greetings will be heard anytime an incoming call is answered by the CLASSIC MAll system.
It is likely that the caller’s impression of your business will be influenced by the quality of these
greetings. Script them carefully and use someone with a pleasant voice to record them.
