TEST 5
1. Call your main business telephone number. Let the call ring four times. The CLASSIC MAIL
system should answer.
2. Enter the intercom number of your attendant. The CLASSIC MAIL system should transfer
the call to the attendant’s intercom. Verify that the attendant’s intercom line is ringing. Do
not answer the ringing intercom.
Hear the confirming message, "You have reached mailbox (Attendant Intercom #).. At the
tone record your message. When you have finished recording, hang up to deliver your
message, or press pound for more options. ”
3. Leave a test message approximately 10 seconds long,

4. To replay the message
Hear the test message replay.
